These Terms are offered by Essence Into Form LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating RobertoChavarria.com and The Hidden Raise Playbook. Our business address is 1067 S Hover St, Ste E # 2042, Longmont, CO 80501. For support or a refund request, email support@robertochavarria.com.

The Playbook

The Hidden Raise Playbook is a digital educational product containing frameworks, worksheets, scripts, and a 30-day action plan intended to support reflection and preparation for career conversations. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, mental-health, or other professional advice.

We do not promise or guarantee any raise, promotion, interview, job offer, compensation outcome, career outcome, or other specific result. Workplace decisions are made by employers and depend on circumstances outside our control.

Purchase, payment, and delivery

The price and payment terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Checkout and payment processing are provided through Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount.

After a successful purchase, we will provide access to the digital Playbook through the delivery method described at checkout or in your purchase confirmation. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for retaining your purchase confirmation. If you have a legitimate access problem, contact us at the support address above.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund for The Hidden Raise Playbook. Email support@robertochavarria.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase price. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal-use license

When you purchase the Playbook, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own use. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, or create derivative commercial materials from the Playbook without our written permission. All intellectual-property rights in the Playbook and this website remain with Essence Into Form LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website or the Playbook unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, or use our materials in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Third-party services

Our checkout and related services may link to or rely on third parties, including Stripe. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and Playbook are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essence Into Form LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the website or Playbook.

Governing law

Colorado law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence applies. Any dispute that may lawfully be brought in court will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our offerings or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
